Credit Card: Credit card information must be provided before the registration will be processed.Check/Money Order: A check or money order must accompany the event registration.Payment can be made by check, money order, credit card, purchase order, or international wire transfer. NACADA will not be responsible for cancelled travel or lodging accommodations.Įvent Platform Access: Registrations after 12:00 pm Central time on October 6 may require 24 hours until participant is granted access to the mobile event platform. It will be the participant’s responsibility to secure travel and hotel. Only the registered participant will have access to conference materials. Membership dues requirements will still apply for member registration rates. Paid registrations may still be transferred to another individual for virtual event access. No registration transfers will be permitted from virtual to in-person after August 25. From August 5-August 25, a $100 transfer fee will be assessed. Participants will have access to conference materials for 45 days following the event.Ī one-time transfer of a paid registration from virtual to in-person without a penalty will be allowed prior to August 5, 2021. Refunds will not be granted for virtual registrations. Note: In the event that the in-person portion of NACADA’s 2021 Hybrid Annual Conference is cancelled, participants who registered for the in-person registration event will automatically be transferred to a virtual registration.
